Cobaltoan Calcite from Congo (Ref: FB21-COBCAL3)

A vibrant hot-pink cobaltoan calcite specimen from the Congo along with some pale-green malachite. Under the pink calcite are some clear calcite crystals which are visible in areas where the cobalto calcite has flaked off. The big rectangular area on the right is one such calcite crystal.
