Group of Quartz crystals, the largest of them doubly terminated, with transparent terminations, among which Babingtonite crystals have grown with well-defined black faces and edges, with a good luster. The group with the two largest Quartz crystals has grown on a spheroidal Prehnite crystal, with a pale green color that gives subtlety to the whole piece. This type of specimen appears in cavities in basalt that covers a large part of the provinces of Sichuan and Yunnan, in China.Babingtonite occurrences, Qiaojia, Zhaotong Prefecture, Yunnan Province China (2005)
