A gorgeous crystal of crocoite from the famous type locality Berezovsk deposit, Russia. It is 18mm with a vivid and rich orange-red color. The crocoite is sharp and well terminated all over. The quality is superb – the crystal is very lustrous and glassy. For references see the 2016 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 47, # 4. In very good condition – some minor nicks.
