A fine specimen of very rare silicate leifite from this great locality - Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. The mine produced some of the best specimens for the mineral. It displays colorless prismatic leifite crystals, forming a spherical radial spray. The crystals are lustrous and sparkling. Black mineralization is seen above. It shows aesthetically all over 360 degree. For references see the 1990 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 21, # 4. In very good condition – some contacts.
