An unique type of specimen of epitaxially orientated pyrite pseudomorph after marcasite from this now closed zinc mine, famous for pyrite - Nanisivik Mine, Nunavut Territory, Canada. The primary sharp tabular marcasite crystal is pseudomorphed by sparkling pyrite. The color is bright brassy-yellow and the crystals are strongly light reflective. It displays aesthetically on both sides. In very good condition – base part contacts. On acrylic base., Superb pseudomorph!,
