A mesmerizing gem red corundum var. ruby showing so called trapiche habit from the famous Mogok Township, Myanmar. It displays gem rich red ruby with radial arms from the center. The arms are black. It is polished slice and it shows beautifully on both sides. It is fluorescent. For references see the 2016 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 47, #1. In excellent condition. On acrylic base., Splendid!,
