A superb and very rare crystal of corundum var. sapphire from Kimmirut, Baffin Island, Nunavut, Canada. The 23mm crystal is complete all over 360 degree with an irregular hexagonal shape. The sapphire has blue color to colorless areas. It is lustrous with some slight transparency. Some natural imperfections and contacts. On acrylic base., Unique Canadian sapphire!,
