Definitely an old-time, dramatic, and striking combination specimen from the famous and now-closed Tsumeb mine. Lustrous and sharp, intergrown deep blue Azurite crystals up to 1 cm in diameter center a mounded druse in a matrix composed almost entirely of sparkling, typical apple-green Arsentsumebite microcrystals. Tsumeb is the TYPE LOCALITY for this extremely RARE lead-copper arsenate, which is rare even in Tsumeb. This is a rich Arsentsumebite specimen. This is an old specimen from the 1st oxidation level of Tsumeb, known to have come out prior to the 1920s and likely much olderData last checked on 6th Oct 2025
