Calcite with Malachite (Ref: 1651005)

Great Orme, Llandudno, Conwy, Wales, UK
110mm x 60mm x 55mm
Colorless crystal groupings of calcite measuring to 0.6 cm in size across the top of a dolomite crystal covered pocket with green malachite. This is in very good condition. Quite neat for this locality, these mines were first operated during the Bronze Age.
