Iridescent Goethite from Malaysia (Ref: DC22-BIGBURK)

Bukit Besi, Dungun District, Terengganu, Malaysia
71mm x 110mm x 58mm
We were luckily enough to have acquired several of these new iridescent goethites from Malaysia, but this one is by far the best. It's not only the best we have acquired, but it's the single best example we have seen from this find, period. As good as it looks in the photos, it looks so much better in person! The rainbow iridescence is just amazing! What makes this one particularly superb are the large, botryoidal crystals which are up to 1.2cm in diameter. The condition is also incredible with no damage, and only a small contact area on the back where it was connected to the host rock. If you're looking for the best of the best from this new find, this is it!
