Several parallel Quartz points to 25 mm long are perched on matrix. The Quartz grades from white at the base to a rich gemmy amethyst purple at the tips. In great condition, this attractive old specimen dates to about the mid 1960s, when this collection was assembled.ex. Paul Edwards collection
