This gemmy, tapered, bluish Elbaite (v. Indicolite) crystal, measuring 77 x 14 x 14 mm, is generously covered with pink books of Lepidolite. Several smaller sidecar Elbaites are also present. It is in excellent condition, with one rehealed termination and one very tiny point of contact on the smaller termination. Much more showy and attractive in person than the photos suggest, this is a fine Indicolite tourmaline from Brazil.
