Amethyst -Siamese twin scepters (Ref: 17.1-135)
Karur, Tamil Nadu, India
24mm x 8mm x 5mm
minID: X7Y-QQ8
A killer thumbnail of conjoined scepters with amazing form and perfection. The scepter heads have many tiny inclusions that look like rutile but could be lepidocrocite or similar material. The delicate purple color is softly zoned and all is fully transparent. No damage, from recent finds at Karur, we are very active seeking good materials from this locality, it has great potential but produces very few fine pieces like this. Exceptional for the locale or from anyplace. Choice, esthetic and really unusual. From: Well-Arranged Molecules
