This is a truely epic Guerrero Amethyst specimen! When something is this good is deserves a name, and this one is named "El Rey" because it is the King of Guerreros. There are countless numbers of amethyst crystals that make up the aesthetics of this piece, and many of them form clusters and have double terminations. As an added bonus the specimen is still on matrix! The crystals are immediately identifyable as Guerrero because of the purple core and frosty clear/white quartz surrounding it. Depending on the lighting the color ranges from a purple to a redder plum color. The condition is also quite outstanding for a specimen this large - only one termination is damaged, and it's on one of the smaller crystals near the right-back area. The crystals on the face are all in excellent conditionData last checked on 14th Sep 2021 - specimen may no longer be available
