This is a Talc Pseudomorph After Quartz from Gopfersgrun, near Fichtelgebirge, Bavaria, Germany. Possibly the most unusual pseudomorph (replacement) that one can imagine: talc, the softest mineral, has replaced quartz, one of the hardest minerals on the Mohs scale!
