Euclase replacing Beryl (Ref: 1990_)
Antonio Leal, Equador, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil
45mm x 28mm x 17mm
minID: 8CY-1L4
$144 *
Lustrous, transparent glittering euclase crystals cover both sides of the specimen, mostly 2-5mm across, sharp and well terminated. Contacted at the margins but in excellent condition. An unusual habit for euclase, it is thought to be replacing large crystals of beryl and ome specimens from the same find crudely retained the beryl morphology. An attractive and interesting miniature.Data last checked on 13th Jul 2025 - specimen may no longer be available
