This is one of those specimens that's difficult to appreciate in a 2D photo because it looks so much more impressive in person. We have a matrix of very gemmy Amethyst and on that is a large spray of columnar calcite which has more gemmy amethyst poking out of it along with a coating of quartz drusy.
