A gorgeous jewel of gem grossular garnet crystals from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The grossular crystals to 5mm grow in an attractive cluster. They are extremely transparent, gem quality with a superb luster and rich orange color. They have a sharp rhombic dodecahedral habit. Some diopside needles are seen too. It displays beautifully all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some small contacts. On acrylic base., Fabulous!,
