Ex Herbert Obodda, Charles Noll collections. A really nice, unusual Fluorite from a rare Swiss locale. The crystals are modified cubes with beveled edges and some face frosting. Unlike what is usually seen as Swiss Fluorite, the original labels give the locale as "Gyrenspitz, west of Santis". This is a significant landmark but In that location no such Fluorites are known. However the Santis Massif (Alpstein Massif) has produced Fluorite this habit and look in the past. In good condition overall, The blue color is especially strong in direct sunlight.
