Here is a mound of poker chip calcite with fluorite. The calcite has just a slight pinkish / peach hue to it, and the fluorite is green with a purple phantom zone running through it. Both minerals fluoresce brightly under longwave UV. The manganocalcite fluoresces pink while the fluorite fluoresces bright blue. No damage of any significance to the calcite, and it is covered all the way around. Just the bottom has been sawed flat. The fluorite is also undamaged and shows stepped growth all over the exposed face.
