Golden fibers of fluorite are included in a symmetric way on both the right and left sides of a gem clear topaz. Fluorite is a rare inclusion in topaz. The topaz crystalline structure forces the normally cubic or octahedral fluorite into a feathery pattern. This is seen and glowing streaks or feathers angled into the topaz from the outside. In addition, the topaz is a full scepter specimen- rare for the species. The piece has edgewear which can be seen by zooming in on the photos. A great piece of a rare phenomenon.
