Fabulous raspberry colored Grossular Garnet crystals up to 15mm from Sierra de Cruces, Mexico. They are translucent to gemmy with strong luster. The rich and saturated raspberry color is very attractive. The cores of the crystals are black – seen only at the contact areas. The Grossular crystals have rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization. They sit on white matrix which underlies them very well. Some contacts., Beautiful!From: Quebul Fine Minerals
