Jamesonite (Ref: 826084463)
San Jose Mine, Oruro City, Cercado Province, Oruro Department, Bolivia
57mm x 26mm x 18mm
Jamesonite is a relatively rare lead, iron, antimony sulfide. Most people are probably familiar with Jamesonite from Mexico or China, but some of the nicest Jamesonite specimens I've seen are from Bolivia. This piece is a great, sparkling, bright, silvery acicular spray of Jamesonite needles. TFrom: Mineral Classics
