Cerussite with Anglesite and Linarite - US Classic locale (Ref: 18.1-241)

Bunker Hill Mine, Kellogg, Coeur dAlene District, Shosone County, Idaho, United States
31mm x 27mm x 18mm
minID: 3JR-XUV
$125
From the famed Bunker Hill Mine, this is a choice small specimen of sharply crystallized Cerussite with a few small Anglesite prisms as well. Both twins and single crystals are noted. The matrix also includes some small bits of Linarite and what looks like Caledonite in spots on Cerussites. Choice cognac color and sharp form protected in a shallow vug. The condition in the vug is good, the only notable damage is outside the vug itself. Choice for the locale and an attractive Lead secondary from this famed Pyromorphite locality.
