A choice, flawless crystal that is fully transparent and has complex internal crazing. Incredibly lustrous. A competition level thumbnail that is undamaged on all sides. The color of this Vesuvianite is unlike nearly all greens from the Jeffrey Mine, it is a dark asparagus green with yellow highlights. Jeffrey Mine Vesuvianites are thought by many to be by far the best in the world. The locality has produced many habits and vivid colors, this will be a fine addition to any Jeffrey suite or just as a fine quality thumbnail.From: Well-Arranged Molecules
