Sharp pseudomorphs of quartz after scalenohedral calcite crystals, many showing an exquisite stacking. The specimen is accented by mint green octahedral fluorite that speckles not only the exterior of the pseudomorphs, but the interior as well! There are some broken pseudomorphs, though these reveal interiors that suggest multiple episodes of quartz coating calcite.From: Enchanted Minerals
