This is a Fluorite on Fluorite on Quartz from De'An Fluorite Mine, Wushan, De'An Co., Jiujiang, Jiangxi Prov., China. This unusual specimen features a solid 3-dimensional mass of crystals of steeply curved fluorite octohedra, to 2 cm, perched OVER and smothering a layer of 3-dimensional green fluorite, and then coated at the edges by sparkling white quartz.Data last checked on 31st Jan 2023
