A killer specimen of purple and gem adamite var. manganoan adamite from the famous Ojuela Mine, Mexico. It comes from the collection of M and A Guillemier, France who obtained it in 1991 – with a label. The adamite crystals are with a sharp elongated orthorhombic blade shape. They are from colorless to purple. The faces have a strong glassy luster and fine gemminess. They form beautiful radial sprays on black goethite base, which gives a strong contrast. In very good condition – some base part contacts and one outside edge crystal not complete. On acrylic base., Exceptional manganoan adamite!,
