An exceptional gem sanidine crystal from Itrongay, Madagascar. This region has produced the best gem crystals of sanidine in the world and this one is a top quality representative. It displays a well crystallized crystal with an unbelievable clarity and gemminess – clear like water (not well seen on the photos). It is 175 carats. It is with a strong luster and a rich lemon-yellow color. The crystal has a gorgeous natural etching. The etching gives an intricate and complex texture. Overall the specimen has the best quality – transparent, colorful and glassy. In excellent condition – back side imperfections. With custom made acrylic base – not glued., Stunning sanidine - world-class treasure for any elite mineral collection!,
