A beautiful translucent deep green moldavite specimen. Moldavite is a type of tektite, a natural glass formed by the impact of a meteorite or asteroid on Earth. Specifically, it's a green, silica-based glass believed to have originated from an impact event in southern Germany about 15 million years ago.
