Glassy, doubly-terminated blue Sapphire from Sri Lanka. The luster, sharpness, and perfection of form is amazing!! Complete and undamaged with no edge wear, though there are a few small indentations from other crystals as seen in second photo. Much better in person where the superb form and luster can be appreciated. Non-tapering barrel-shaped Sapphires are uncommon, and this one has a bonus of being fine quality.
