Large, elongated Dioptase crystals on matrix partially coated by sparkling Quartz crystals. The prism faces of the larger Dioptase crystals are coated by drusy Quartz while the terminations are exposed. The Dioptase crystals reach 2cm in length and are undamaged. Stunning, fine quality specimen from the Irv Brown collection. Dioptase crystals on drusy Quartz from Kaokaveld are uncommon.
