An impressive an historical crystallized gold specimen. Right crystallized native gold across this quartz matrix. The specimen is said to be ex Harvard collection, from the famous Burrage gold collection, dating this pre-1900. Mr. Woollams acquired the specimen through the dealer Gary Hansen in the early 1980s. Note the negative quartz impression within the gold as shown up close in the video.From: Weinrich Minerals
