Sperrylite (Ref: P190)
Broken Hammer, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
10mm x 8mm x 4mm
$2200
Highly lustrous and bright single crystal of the rare platinum species Sperrylite from a lesser known locality. Sperrylite specimens are most commonly seen from Russia but the Broken Hammer deposit has also produced good crystals, though in much smaller quantity. This crystal even seems a few degrees more bright and silvery colored than the Russian crystals. Ex. Jon Sigerman collection.Data last checked on 10th Jan 2026
