An impressive specimen featuring cuboctahedral fluorite crystals on a calcite base from the famous Shangbao Mine, China. The fluorite crystals to 35mm have purple cores, which forms attractive phantoms, surrounded by colorless zones around. The crystals have a very complex, stepped cuboctahedral shape with a good luster. Aesthetic, pagoda like calcite crystals form the base and give a good contrast. Calcite is fluorescent. In very good condition – some outside edge contacts., Superb!,
