Excellent quality specimen of Austinite from the famous Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Mexico.  It comes from the collection of Sandro Maggia, Italy, with a label. Austinite is a rare Calcium-Zinc Arsenate and some of the finest pieces come from this locality. It features sparkling botryoidal Austinite covering the Limonite base. The Austinite is lustrous, fresh and it has pleasing apple-green color. The contrast is strong. In very good condition – some small contacts.
