Fascinating specimen of bedazzling and impressive mirror lustrous spinel law twin Galena decorated with marvelous Calcite crystals from superb find in Krushev dol mine, Madan ore field, Bulgaria. It displays sharp, well formed superb flat faces Galena twins with excellent brilliance and light reflection. The spinel twins are very thin stepped plates, staggered one after another with like tooled tips. Lustrous Calcite crystals grow at the top forming aesthetic diadem. They have colored in rusty-orange rims which gives nice colorfulness. In excellent condition – some small nicks. On acrylic base.
