This lovely, well formed chalcedony vug is rimmed by a thick and bright layer of globular, glassy and gemmy, colorless hyalite opal. The entire specimen glows with a rich, neon emerald green when under fluoresecent light. It is elongated and also widened at the mouth like a cornucopia or horn. it is particularly elegant when set vertical, and just a little bit better than others in terms of form , depth, and how it opens up to the viewer. A superb specimen, and a dazzling fluorescent as a bonus.
